David Morse, who plays Mike Olshansky was born on October 11th, 1953 in Beverly, Massachusetts. He 6'4" in height, has blue eyes and blond/grey hair. He has a spouse named Susan Wheeler Duff, who he married in 1982. The two celebrate their anniversary on June 19th. His other starring roles on television include: Dave Bell in 1993's Big Wave Dave's, Dr. Jack Morrison in 1982's St. Elsewhere and Pepito in Madeline and The New Adventures of Madeline. He has also been seen in the movies: The Langoliers, Prototype, The Crossing Guard, Twelve Monkeys, The Rock, Extreme Measures, Contact, George B, The Green Mile, Bait, Dancer in the Dark, Proof of Life and Hearts in Atlantis.
Andre Braugher, who plays Marcellus Washington, was born on July 1rst, 1962, where he grew up on Chicago's West Side. He graduated from Stanford University and has a Master's of Fine Arts degree from Juilliard. In 1991, he married Ami Brabson and they have two children, both boys. Braugher has starred in other television series such as, Gideon's Crossing, Homicide: Life on the Street and Kojak. He has also starred in several movies and mini series including: Frequency, On Hallowed Ground, City of Angels and Homicide: The Movie. Plus he has starred in the Kojak movies: Ariana, Fatal Flaw and None So Blind.
George Dzundza, who plays Father Tom "Grizz" Grzelak, was born on July 19th, 1945 in Rosenheim, Germany. He is a stout, but solid man with reddish hair who was raised on New York City's lower east side, by his Ukrainian parents. He, himself, has three children. He has starred in several television series such as, Jesse, Law & Order and Open All Night. Also, Dzundza can be seen in a great number of movies and mini series. Some of these include: The Butcher's Wife, Basic Instinct, Species II, Dangerous Minds and The Deer Hunter.
Matthew Borish, who plays Michael Olshansky, Jr., was born on April 13th, 1991, in a suburb of Pennsylvania. His audition for Hack was his very first audition for a television series. Likewise, his first audition for the touring production of Beauty and the Beast landed him the the role of Chip, the chipped tea cup. He enjoys snowboarding, skiing, skateboarding and rollerblading and is currently taking singing lessons.
Donna Murphy, who plays Heather Olshansky, was born in Corona, New York on March 7th. She was raised in Hauppauge, Long Island and Topsfeld, Massachusetts but currently lives in New York City. She is an accomplished singer and can be heard on a number of recordings, including Leonard Bernstein's New York, Hello Again, The King and I and Passion. Her other starring roles on television include: What About Joan and Murder One, while she has also guest starred in such series' as, The Education of Max Bickford, The Practice, Law & Order, Ally McBeal and Nothing Sacred. Murphy can also be seen in several films including: The Astronaut's Wife, Star Trek: Insurrection, Center Stage and Jade.
